Employment Type: Full-time, Long-term (US Timings, PK Night Shift 7 PM to 5 AM)
Compensation: Starting from PKR 28,000 to 80,000 per month

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Executive, Verifier and Closer with a growth hacking someone who excels in customer support, system optimization, and administrative management. This role offers significant room for growth, and we’re looking for individuals eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Optimize Operations: Drive customer service excellence and continuous improvement.
System Development: Implement and refine systems to boost efficiency.
Client Management: Oversee client appointments and inquiries for a seamless experience.
Positive Environment: Uphold a work culture that aligns with our core values.
Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Promote and sell our products/services while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our offerings.

Requirements:
