Role:
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our online bedding store.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and calls promptly and professionally.
Handle return parcels and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Assist in managing and updating Facebook and Instagram pages.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in Urdu and English.
Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
Organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
Location: Faisalabad
Timing: 1pm to 9pm
