We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner
- Provide product information and solutions to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company promotions
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
Working Hours:
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8pm to 4am (may vary depending on business needs)
