We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our products/services.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm and professional manner Provide product information and technical support as needed.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team membersMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple project in his/her time effectively.
