We are a travel and visa consulting business looking for a remote, freelance Customer Service Representative.
Candidate can work from home 10 hrs / Day.
Job Responsibilities:
Take over closed deals and assist clients with onboarding.
Ensure fast paced and uninterrupted support to clients via email or phone as needed.
Vendor communication for timely delivery of our clients’ service.
Create and maintain documentation for the processes you own.
Improve client response rates as well as client satisfaction.
Requirements / Must Have:
Previous experience in a customer service.
Previous experience in consultancy services business is a plus.
Self motivated to learn new skills.
Self-Starter Type.
Ability to self organize based on priorities.
Listen, Learn, Grow mindset.
