Description
Job Description: Data Entry & Stocking Staff (Male)
We are hiring for Data Entry and Stocking positions for candidates with at least 6 months of e-commerce experience. The education requirement is Matric to Intermediate.
Responsibilities for Data Entry:
Confirm customer orders.
Call customers to inquire about return parcel reasons.
Track orders after dispatch using courier websites.
Send tracking numbers to customers.
Ensure timely parcel deliveries by coordinating through WhatsApp groups.
Handle customer queries on WhatsApp and Instagram.
Responsibilities for Stocking:
Maintain accurate stock records.
Physically count and organize stock at designated locations.
Ensure stock-in details are recorded properly.
Requirements:
Must have some relevant experience in data entry or stocking.
Basic reading and writing skills required.
Location Tariq Road karachi
Timings:
12:00 PM to 9:30 PM
