*Job Description:*
As a Customer Representative, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product/service information.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Handle customer calls, emails, chats and Social Media.
2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
3. Provide product/service information, features, and benefits.
4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
5. Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or management.
6. Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history.
7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets.
8. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical) to resolve customer concerns.
