Job Summary:
We are looking for a fluent English speaker to provide exceptional customer support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Provide product information and support to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Intermediate to graduation level education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work evening and night shifts
What We Offer:
- Basic salary: PKR 15,000
- Fuel allowance: PKR 3,000
