Position Details:
Role: Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Full-Time (7:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
Location: Bahria Phase 8
Basic Salary for Freshers: 45,000 PKR + 5,000 PKR Punctuality Bonus
Basic Salary for Experienced Professionals: 90,000 PKR + 10,000 PKR Punctuality Bonus
For Candidates with Over 2 Years of Experience: Salary up to 100,000 PKR
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.
Record and update customer interactions in the company database.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Skills:
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers in both verbal and written formats.
Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Active Listening: Listen attentively to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
