Urgent Hiring: Customer Service & Logistics Handling Specialist
Location: Dullu Khurd Lahore
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
We are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Handling Specialist to join our team at our clothing brand office in Dullu Khurd. If you have a passion for fashion, excellent customer service, and strong logistics skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer service, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Manage logistics operations for order fulfillment, and timely deliveries.
Track and monitor orders, manage delivery timelines, and resolve delivery-related issues.
Handle returns and exchanges in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and shipment statuses.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or logistics, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A positive, customer-focused attitude.
