Description
The ideal candidate will be proficient in spoken English.
You will be responsible for attending inbound calls from clients or drivers and will address them professionally (Training will be provided).
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers/drivers via phone, email, and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions.
Work and communicate with the internal department for coordination.
Qualifications:
At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience will be preferred.
Excellent phone etiquette and outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
No commission or targets involved, pure inbound position.
Working hours will be 8 hours/day 6 days a week.
After Probation Salary will increase and bonuses + incentives will be added respectively.
