We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a passion for helping others. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing exceptional service. Job Timings: For Females: 12:00 to 9:00 p. m For Males 12:00 to 9p. m and 3p. m to 12a. m (For males it will be a rotational shift) 2 sundays are on and 2 are off for all employees. Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in computer applications. - Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
