We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.
2. Order Booking and Processing:
Handle customer orders accurately via chat.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
3. Data Management:
Update and maintain records in Google Sheets with precision.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (e. g. , Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
Hands-on experience with Google Sheets (basic to intermediate level).
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Dedication, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn and grow.
Prior experience in customer service or a related role is a plus.
