Salary:
Basic Salary: PKR 20,000 - 25,000 (Depending on experience)
First Month Training Stipend: PKR 10,000
Job Description: We are looking for motivated freshers to join our customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be trained in all the necessary skills to excel in this role.
Training Program:
The first month will focus on learning our processes and systems.
During this training period, a stipend of PKR 10,000 will be provided.
After the training month, we will evaluate your performance to determine if you can handle the responsibilities of the position and decide on your final salary within the range of PKR 20,000 - 25,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and support
Assist customers with inquiries and issues
Learn company products and services thoroughly
Qualifications:
Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience
