We’re Hiring – Customer Service Representatives (CSR)
Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Office Timing: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Ramadan Timing: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Salary: 40,000 PKR + Attendance Bonus + Performance Bonus
About Us:
We are a loan providing company, and our Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for:
Assisting customers with loan repayment issues
Addressing and resolving customer complaints & concerns
Handling cases where a customer faced misbehavior from any employee
Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and support
Requirements:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
