We are seeking an experienced business development and sales agent to drive the expansion of our dispatch trucking services. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background, with a deep understanding of logistics and dispatch services. Responsibilities:
Build and manage a portfolio of clients seeking trucking and dispatch services.
Work with clients to understand their transportation needs and provide customized solutions.
Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, and networking.
Negotiate pricing and finalize contracts while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Track and report sales progress, pipeline, and forecasts to the leadership team.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor industry trends and stay ahead of competitors.
Requirements:
6/12 Months of sales experience, particularly in the logistics or transportation sectors.
Strong knowledge of dispatch and trucking services.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
