We are looking for a resource having strong communication skills and fluency in spoken English for our USA-based project.
Candidates must having packaging experience.
Brief Job description is as follows:
• Managing incoming calls, chats, and emails.
• Generating sales inquiries through incoming calls, custom quote request forms, chats and emails.
• Making sure every inquiry is catered to properly; working in supervision of the sales manager and project manager to convert these inquiries into sales.
• Assessing customer’s needs and coordinating with estimation team to make sure customer receives price quotations in time.
• Periodic follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company guidelines and production capabilities.
• Keep records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, artwork and other files.
• Coordinating with the design team to make artwork changes requested by customer.
• Coordinating with shipping team to make sure the customer receives his/her job on time.
NOTE:
Job timing is 8 Pm to 5 Am with Saturday and Sunday off.
Candidates must have fluency in spoken and written English.
Mentioned salary is exclusive of sales commissions.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of USA/AUS-based packaging industry experience.
Salary: 70,000 to 100,000 Plus attractive Commission structure.
