We're Hiring! Senior Customer Sales Representative at Bid Accurate
Location: I-8 Markaz, Islamabad (USA-Based Clients)
Experience: 2+ years in sales (preferably in cost estimation, construction, or BIM services)
Compensation: 45K - 50K + sales commission
Bid Accurate is a trusted name in cost estimation and BIM services, helping construction professionals bid accurately and win more projects. As we expand, we're looking for a Senior Customer Sales Representative to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage high-value clients in construction, architecture, and engineering.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with service offerings.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.
Qualifications & Skills:
2+ years of sales experience in construction services, cost estimation, or BIM.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
In-depth understanding of cost estimation and BIM services is a plus.
