Position: Telesales Agent

Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products or services, to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists or through self-generated leads.
Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of the product or service to potential customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable products or services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualify leads and set up appointments for further sales discussions when necessary.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in CRM software.
Handle customer objections and provide solutions to resolve issues effectively.
Follow up on leads and missed opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide the best advice to customers.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
Experienced and freshers are encouraged to apply
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally over the phone.
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Basic computer skills
Education: Matric or Inter
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently.
