Position: Indrive Company Representative
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Handle customer queries and provide assistance to clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Indrive Platform Knowledge: Assist clients with using the Indrive platform, explaining features, answering questions, and resolving issues.
ID Creation: Help clients create and manage their Indrive IDs, ensuring they understand the registration process.
Computer Skills: Basic understanding of computer operations, including navigating the Indrive platform, email, and customer support systems.
Communication: Maintain clear and efficient communication with clients, providing accurate information and troubleshooting any technical issues.
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge (e. g. , email management, internet browsing).
Ability to explain and assist with Indrive ID creation and account management.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
