As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be the face of our company, managing online and offline customer interactions. Your responsibilities will include dealing with Walk-in clients, responding to inquiries, sending quotes, gathering feedback, and driving sales through telesales efforts. This is a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships with our clients.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree.
1-2 years of experience in customer relations, telesales, or client servicing.
Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (both written and verbal).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with softwares.
Knowledge of the solar energy industry is a plus but not required.
