Description
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to manage client outreach and communication efforts. The role involves making calls, sending emails, and utilizing WhatsApp and social media platforms to engage potential clients and assist in securing projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be comfortable using various online platforms for client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make phone calls to potential clients, introducing our services and offerings.
Send follow-up emails to nurture and maintain client relationships.
Use WhatsApp and social media platforms to reach out to prospects and maintain communication.
Assist with client inquiries and project-related communications.
Provide regular updates on outreach progress and share feedback from clients.
Ideal Candidate:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and messaging apps (e. g. , WhatsApp, Instagram, etc. ).
Ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously and follow up effectively.
Previous experience in customer service, client outreach, or a similar role is a plus but not required.
