We offer a wide variety of high-quality, reusable stencils for various creative applications, including home decor, fashion, baking, and arts & crafts. we have rerquired staff for Customer coordination (female) for orders and their fulfilment.
Responsibilities:
• Contact Customers for ongoing orders and their verification
• Handle customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Assist customers with orders, returns, and account issues.
• Document customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
• High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service, sales or call center experience, ideally in e-commerce.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
