Description
We need 2 staff members for Customer Support (Chat & Support),
Duty timing: 8-10 Hours
Work is 100% Remote Basis, You will have access to our chat system and you have to available during work hours.
Duties:
Customer Queries and Answers
Handling Issues with Backend Team
Generating Support Tickets
Answering Questions
Answering Emails
Handling Leads
Training will be Provided.
Sunday will be off (6 Days a Week)
We need sincere and honest people with Good English Conversational Skills. University Students are also welcome.
