Education Requirement: Minimum Intermediate
Experience: Prior experience in customer service preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Provide detailed information about products, orders, and policies.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while dealing with customers.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication and writing skills in Urdu and English.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Patience, professionalism, and a customer-friendly attitude.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order management.
Ability to multitask and handle customer queries efficiently.
Working Hours: [10-7 working hours]
