We are a garment cut-and-sew pattern-making company specializing in high-quality patterns and innovative design solutions. We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to manage customer care and operate our plotter machines effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Care:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about our services.
Maintain records of customer interactions and orders.
Plotter Machine Operation:
Operate and maintain the Richpeace double auto-head cutting vertical plotter.
Load and manage patterns for cutting and printing as per customer specifications.
Ensure regular maintenance and troubleshooting of the plotter machine to avoid downtime.
Documentation and Coordination:
Record and track customer orders and production schedules.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain inventory for tools and accessories related to the plotter machine.
Qualifications and Skills:
Prior experience in customer care or a similar role (preferred).
Knowledge of garment production and pattern-making processes is a plus.
Basic computer skills (familiarity with CAD software is advantageous).
Ability to learn and operate plotter machines; training can be provided if required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
