We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Account Manager to oversee customer inquiries from production to delivery. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their requirements are met precisely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: 1- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams (production, logistics, and delivery). 2- Manage and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication. 3- Coordinate with production teams to ensure customer orders are processed as per specifications. 4- Monitor order progress and keep customers updated on timelines. 5- Address and resolve any orders, deliveries, or quality issues. 6-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Requirements: 1- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 3- Experience in customer service or account management, preferably in 4- manufacturing or production industries. 5- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management systems. 6- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer expectations.
