Position Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) Location: Office-Based Shift: Night Shift (Males & Females Both Can Apply) Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently. Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring clarity and customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times. Meet and exceed assigned performance metrics, including call handling time, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments in the company’s CRM system. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for a swift resolution. Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide consistent and accurate information to customers. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience and achieve team goals. Requirements: Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification). Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (verbal and written). Ability to work in a night shift environment with flexibility. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus but not mandatory (fresh candidates are encouraged to apply). Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM software. Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally.
