About the Role:
As a Call Center CSR (Customer Sales Representative), you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, providing exceptional customer service experience to our valued clients. You'll be responsible for handling a variety of Outbound calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:
Respond to a high volume of outbound customer calls regarding our products or services.
Actively listen to customer concerns, identify their needs, and provide accurate and helpful information.
Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely within the CRM system.
Upsell or recommend additional products or services when appropriate (depending on the company)
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout all interactions, fostering trust and building customer satisfaction.
