Job Description: We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle customer queries, orders, and provide an exceptional shopping experience. This role also includes a commission structure based on sales performance.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
Process and track orders, ensuring timely fulfillment.
Resolve product or order-related issues and complaints.
Identify customer needs and recommend products to drive sales.
Assist with post-purchase support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in e-commerce.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service tools is a plus.
Compensation: Fixed salary + commission based on sales.
