Description
We operate eCommerce stores where we sell various products. Before dispatching orders, we need to call customers to confirm their orders and collect their full address to ensure smooth delivery. After dispatch, the CSR will be responsible for coordinating with both the consignee and the courier service to facilitate successful and timely deliveries.
We are looking for a female candidate with experience as a Call CSR and basic knowledge of internet usage and MS Excel. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage follow-ups efficiently are essential for this role.
