Your Role:
As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for:

- Appointment Setting: Scheduling appointments between clients and sales representatives.
- CRM Management: Effectively utilizing our CRM to track leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Communication: Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and colleagues.

- Previous Experience: Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is mandatory. The agent must have experience in emailing, calling and Social Media DMs.
