This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative at Wellness 360 in Lahore, with flexibility for some remote work. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
-Qualifications-
Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Metric or higher; additional education in customer service is a plus
