Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update customer accounts, records, and databases accurately
Provide product/service information and assist with troubleshooting
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
Meet individual and team performance goals and objectives
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask effectively
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Positive attitude, patience, and empathy
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
