We provide our consultancy on percentage basis. We have whole technical team that can construct your project from the depth of land to heights of sky being in touch with you. You just have to provide the land rest of the activities will be ours and decisions will be yours. Design, costing, planning, execution, procurement all the services will be provided on a single point with the starting minimum cost just to run project so no need to find others when everything is yours. We will charge consultancy fee some percent on total cost of the project. i. e: 10-20%. In this we will provide you every single service for the project and even we will be there for you to provide post construction services even after the project has been handover. Total cost of project will include every single expense related to project like labour, material, operating cost, bills, salaries, miscellaneous expenses etc. Payment will be always in client hand and material will be confirmed by client so nothing to worry about. With proper communication lets run and complete the project with your thoughts and our expertise.
