Role Type:
Full-Time (Starts with Training + Internship)
What We’re Looking For:
We need someone who is:
Eager to Learn – Open to exploring various fields during training.
Punctual & Responsible – Strictly follows work timings and deadlines.
Honest & Professional – Maintains confidentiality and behaves respectfully.
Committed – Willing to complete at least 6 months of internship after training.
Initial Training Period (Unpaid):
Duration: 7 to 15 days
Purpose: To evaluate your strengths and skillset.
No stipend provided during this phase.
Paid Internship:
Starts after successful completion of training.
Duration: Minimum 6 months
Monthly Stipend: Rs. 18,000/-
Performance-based increment every 3–4 months.
Work Hours:
Monday to Saturday – 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM
Strict timing policy – No tolerance for late coming.
Only 10–15 minutes relief time allowed.
No overtime required.
Notice Period Policy:
A 2-month notice is required before resignation.
If planning to resign after internship, inform at the 4-month mark.
Failure to provide notice may result in legal action.
