Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry: Record financial transactions, invoices, and payments.
2. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage vendor invoices, process payments, and track receipts.
3. Reconciliations: Perform bank and account reconciliations.
4. Financial Statements: Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
5. Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
6. Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
7. Customer/Vendor Support: Handle inquiries and resolve issues.
8. Journal Entries: Prepare and post journal entries.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Matric or FA
2.1-2 years of experience in accounting.
3. Proficiency in excel
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Effective communication and customer service skills. Duty timing
8 AM to 5 PM (Break of 1 hr. )
