Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Computer Operator with experience in accounting software to support our daily accounting operations. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate data records, running financial reports, and ensuring data integrity within our accounting software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts software
• Input and verify financial data in accounting software, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Generate reports & assist with data analysis
• Assist in preparing financial statements and other related documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical records as per the company's standards
• Assist in organizing and maintaining financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and bills
• Regularly back up data and ensure data security measures are followed
Qualifications:
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, PeachTree Accounting, Tally, SAP or other ERP Systems)
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with general accounting principles
• Experience with data migration or software upgrades in accounting platforms
