Description
We're looking for a highly skilled Compliance Officer to oversee our customer onboarding process, manage KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation, and generate portfolio numbers for new accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Customer Onboarding:* Manage the account opening process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
2. *KYC Documentation:* Verify and manage KYC documents, including identification, address verification, and other relevant documentation.
3. *Portfolio Number Generation:* Generate unique portfolio numbers for new accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
4. *Regulatory Compliance:* Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and implement necessary changes to our processes.
5. *Risk Management:* Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with customer onboarding and KYC documentation.
6. *Audit and Reporting:* Participate in internal audits and provide compliance reports to management.
*Requirements:*
1. *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.
2. *Experience:* Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
3. *Knowledge:* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including AML/KYC, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
4. *Skills:* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. *Certifications:* Relevant certifications, such as CAMS or CCO, are a plus.
