Communication Officer at Leading E-commerce Store
A prominent e-commerce shopping store is urgently looking for qualified individuals to fill the role of Communication Officer.
Responsibilities:
Confirming orders through phone calls
Confirming orders via WhatsApp
Booking orders over the phone
Providing additional customer support services
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Intermediate level (required)
Experience: At least 6 months in e-commerce or a related field (required)
Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer usage
Location: Rimpa Plaza, Near Gul Plaza, MA Jinnah Road Saddar, Karachi
Preference: Preference will be given to candidates residing in Saddar or its surrounding areas.
Working Hours:
Male Candidates: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
