We are looking for motivated and personable individuals to join our team as Cold Calling Agents.
*Job Summary*:
As a Real Estate Cold Calling Agent, your primary responsibility will be to engage potential sellers over the phone, and identify properties that fit our investment criteria. You’ll be the first point of contact for property owners and play a key role in generating leads for our investment team.
*Key Responsibilities*:
1. Make outbound calls to property owners.
2. Engage in professional conversations with property owners to identify interest in selling.
3. Qualify leads by gathering essential property and owner information.
*Qualifications*:
1. Prior experience in cold calling or real estate is preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
3. Self-motivated, with a desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry.
*Timing and Salary*:
8pm-5am (Monday - Friday)
Salary: 25,000 - 60,000
