Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cold Caller/Appointment Setter to join our team on-site. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. Your primary focus will be to effectively communicate our services and value proposition to prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our video editing services.
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
Maintain a detailed record of calls, leads, and appointments in our CRM system.
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and address any questions or concerns.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-up processes.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a service-based industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to articulate our services clearly and persuasively.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Compensation: This is a full-time, commission-based position. You will earn a commission for each appointment that leads to a successful sale, providing significant earning potential based on your performance.
