Job Title: Remote Cold Caller Sales Representative

Monthly Salary: 20,000 – 30,000
UK Working Hours: 9:00AM – 5:00PM BST (Equivalent to 1:00 PM – 09:00 PM Pakistan Time)
We are a UK-based telecommunications company looking for skilled cold callers with at least two years of outbound call centre experience.
In this role, you will make outbound calls to prospective businesses, using tools like Google Search and Google Maps to gather contact details. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our VoIP phone system solutions, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team.
This is a performance-driven position that requires excellent communication skills, a results-focused approach, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilise tools such as Google Search and Google Maps to research and gather accurate business contact information.
Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective business clients.
Identify and qualify leads based on their communication and telephony needs.
Professionally present and promote our VoIP phone system solutions to potential customers.
Clearly explain the features and advantages of our VoIP services to help clients understand their value.
Generate new business opportunities by converting leads into appointments or direct sales.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records, and follow up on inquiries to ensure a smooth sales process.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in outbound telesales or cold calling.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional, clear, and persuasive speaking style.
Resilience: Demonstrated ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated to meet or exceed sales targets.
Sales Ability: Proven track record of closing cold leads or securing qualified appointments.
Objection Handling: Strong skills in managing objections and negotiating effectively.
Customer Focus: Friendly, empathetic, and approachable demeanor when engaging with prospects.
Confidence & Persuasion: A confident phone presence with strong persuasive abilities.
Organization & Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage call lists, follow-ups, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Work Ethic: Energetic, self-motivated, and performance-driven, with the ability to work independently and stay focused on targets.
