Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Cold Caller (Opener) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, with the aim of introducing our products or services, gathering information, and qualifying leads for the sales team. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to engage in high-volume cold calling. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients using a provided list or CRM system. Introduce and explain the company’s products or services in a compelling and engaging manner. Qualify leads by asking targeted questions to identify their needs and assess their interest. Accurately record and maintain call and lead information in the company’s CRM system. Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up. Handle objections and rejections confidently, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor. Follow a script or call outline while being flexible enough to engage in natural conversations. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets. Provide feedback on calling scripts and lead quality to improve performance and strategy. Qualifications: Previous experience in a cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service role is preferred. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
