Najum & Sons, a renowned manufacturer of precision parts located in the Small Industrial Estate, Kohat Road, Peshawar, is looking for passionate and skilled individuals to join our dynamic team. With a fleet of 19 state-of-the-art CNC machines, we pride ourselves on providing an excellent platform for growth and learning for professionals who are dedicated to their craft.
Available Positions:
We are hiring for the following roles, Minimum six months role specific experience is preferred
1. CNC Machine Operators (5 positions per shift, Day and Night)
2. CAM Programmers (5 positions per shift, Day and Night)
3. CNC Machinists (5 positions per shift, Day and Night)
Compensation and Benefits:
• Initial Stipend: Up to PKR 20,000 per month during the 90-day probationary period.
• Post-Probation Adjustment: Salaries will be revised based on individual expertise and performance.
• Accommodation and Food: Not provided by the company.
• Preference: Local candidates will be given priority.
