We are a leading manufacturer specializing in precision machining. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Lathe Machine Operator for our industrial plant at Saudi Arabia. Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and program CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Set up and load raw materials into CNC machines according to blueprints and specifications.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure precision and efficiency.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot any machine issues.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize production processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company safety policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Machine Operator (minimum of [3] years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming (G-code and M-code).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Proficient with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc. ).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in machining.
