Description
• To ensure safe/secure delivery of right equipment at right place, at right time to right person.
• Must be responsible to monitor all activities 7/24 hours to meet customer requirements and attend customer calls in all cases.
• Proper coordination with concerned Managers / Warehouse Coordinator for smooth operations till delivery of the equipment.
• Customer Relations: Strong and bilateral customer relation, Coordination: Best coordination with internal team and responsible for smooth countrywide operations.
• Quality Assurance: that the equipment delivered to customer meet with the contractual and other agreed upon performance, design, reliability, and maintainability expectations of that customer.
• Transportation Management: businesses plan, execute, and optimize the movement of equipment.
• Information Management System: gather, analyze, and organize information to generate reports for decision-makers.
• Warehouse Management: assurance of smooth operations of warehouse stock in/out, update material inventory according to the Customer demand.
