Description
We're seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering high-quality Chinese, Continental, and Fast Food cuisine.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, cooks, and kitchen helpers
- Plan, organize, and execute menus, specials, and catering events
- Maintain high culinary standards, presentation, and consistency
- Manage inventory, supply chain, and optimize costs
- Implement kitchen safety, hygiene, and quality control measures
- Collaborate with F&B Team on menu engineering and promotions
- Train staff on cooking techniques, menu knowledge, and operational procedures
- Monitor kitchen operations, labor costs, and customer feedback
Requirements:
- 5+ years of culinary experience with 2+ years in team management
- Proven track record of improving kitchen efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in Chinese, Continental, and Fast Food cuisine
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, inventory management, and cost control
- Food safety certification (e. g. , HACCP, Food Safety Manager)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
