Role Description
We seek Chat Support Representatives for a full-time, on-site role at our Phase 5, DHA, Lahore office. In this role, you will provide real-time chat support to customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and professionally will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Strong typing speed and accuracy
Excellent customer support and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage customer interactions efficiently under pressure
Prior experience in chat support or customer service is a plus
Familiarity with chat support systems is an advantage
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary: PKR 70,000
Fuel/Dormitory Allowance: PKR 8,000
Accommodation: Company-provided dormitory for outstation employees
