We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Chat Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our customers through chat channels.
*Responsibilities:*
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via chat
Provide product information and assistance to customers
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience.
*Requirements:*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Previous experience in customer service or support role preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using chat.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a minimum typing speed of 25wpm.
